Great for couples looking for a pleasant stay

The hotel had a great location right on the seafront, with a lovely sea view from the room. The breakfast was excellent, featuring generous portions of delicious food. the noise from a nearby bar kept me awake for a while, and parking was a bit limited. a pleasant experience.

The Standard Twin Room was pretty comfortable, not luxury but decent for the price. It had enough hot water for showers and was clean overall. The decor felt a bit worn, but at least it was bright and cheerful. There was some noise from a function below, but thankfully it wrapped up by midnight, so that was a plus. Parking was hit or miss, as one night I couldn’t find a spot.

Consider requesting a room with a sea view to enhance your stay. the views are truly enjoyable.

Those kippers for breakfast were a total win, and I loved the stunning sea view from my room! The bar's got a lovely vibe too, perfect for unwinding after exploring Lowestoft.

We had a radiator that just wouldn't chill, so we had to battle between the open window and the heat. Plus, the milk portioning was a bit stingy – come on, one pot per mug?

The room was spacious, allowing us to comfortably unwind after long days. The staff consistently greeted us with warmth and provided useful recommendations.

The terrace was not usable due to inclement weather during our visit.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a restaurant, and a welcoming bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency exchange. I'm always impressed by their friendliness. I'm coming back for a holiday!...  

Great food & friendly staff!

I always stay here when in Lowestoft for work. The staff are super friendly, especially Jade and Paris at the front desk, and Joe the manager really went above and beyond for me! The food was tasty, especially the made-to-order meals. Just a heads up, it can get pretty noisy during weekends, especially with live music, so bring earplugs!

Parking management could be improved for events!!! Noise from neighboring rooms or events can disrupt sleep quality. The outdated decor and worn furnishings make the overall environment feel less inviting!!!
